FIFA Collect provides the opportunity for football fans around the world to unite, collect, and trade unique digital football moments. From the greatest moments in FIFA World Cup™ history to iconic FIFA art and imagery, fans will now have the chance to own a piece of the game’s past to fuel its future.

As part of FIFA’s mission to make football global, accessible and inclusive in all aspects, these collections and others will provide an affordable way for fans around the world to participate in this new era of fandom.  

How does this ties into FIFA's Mission?

FIFA Collect gives fans the opportunity to own digital collectibles featuring iconic moments in FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup™ history – the greatest goals, saves, celebrations, trophy lifts, and more. Fresh FIFA Albums packs launch regularly and pull from FIFA’s 92-years of archival footage.  

What products are available?

There are different ways of processing a purchase on FIFA Collect. Browse drops and marketplace, pick the pack/collectible you are most interested in, and process payment with your preferred solution, be that Credit Card or Balance. 
Adding balance is available with both Credit/Debit Card and USDC transfer through the ‘My Wallet’ tab. 
Your balance is unconditionally available for you to purchase packs and collectibles!

How can I own my first Collectible?

RTB (Right-To-Buy) collectibles are unique digital assets that grant their holders the exclusive right to purchase ticket(s) (number of ticket(s) specified in each RTB) for FIFA tournaments matches within a specific window dedicated to FIFA Collect. Owning an RTB does not include the cost of the ticket(s) itself; it only gives you access to purchase the ticket(s) conditional to compliance with the RTB rules. 

What is an RTB (Right-To-Buy)?

Once you’ve secured an RTB Collectible, you are guaranteed the opportunity to purchase FIFA tournament match ticket(s) during an dedicated sale. You’ll receive further instructions on how and when to claim your right to buy ticket(s). Keep in mind that RTBs are subject to specific terms regarding ticket(s) categories, availability, and pricing. These terms are defined on a tournament basis. 

What happens after I obtain an RTB Collectible?

FIFA Collect does not limit the number of RTBs a user can hold in their account. However, there may be a restriction on the number of ticket(s) a user can purchase for a FIFA match, and this limitation is determined solely by FIFA. 

We recommend that each user conducts their own research before acquiring RTBs. A good starting point is reviewing the ticketing rules from past FIFA tournaments to get an idea of potential restrictions to be applied on a future tournament (if specific rules have not been published yet). 

How many RTBs can I hold?

Yes, RTB Collectibles are typically valid only for a specific event or match within the FIFA tournaments. Once the dedicated sale period for that event or match has passed, RTB Collectible will no longer grant the right to purchase ticket(s). 

Do RTB Collectibles expire?

The FIFA Collect marketplace enables the community to come together, allowing fans to seek out digital collectibles of their favorite players or historic games, and then buy, sell, or trade to own them. 



Is there a Secondary Marketplace?

Gifting FIFA Collect packs is easy and can be done in just a few steps! Follow this guide to send a pack to friends, family, or fellow collectors. 

Step 1: Purchase Your Pack and Keep It Sealed 

Make sure to keep your pack unopened. Once a pack is opened, it can no longer be gifted. 

Step 2: Access the Gift Option in "My Collection" 

Go to your "My Collection" page. 

Select "Packs" and find the pack you want to gift. 

Click on the "Gift" option to proceed. 

Choose one of the two gifting methods below: 

Send to a Username 

Enter the recipient’s FIFA Collect username in the "Send to" field. The pack is delivered instantly to their account. This method is ideal for sending a direct and personalized surprise to an existing FIFA Collect user. 

Tip: Double-check the username before sending to ensure a smooth gifting experience! 

Create a Gift Link 

Generate a unique link that can be shared via email, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms. The recipient can redeem the gift using the link, even if they don’t have a FIFA Collect account yet. 

How to Gift your FIFA Collect Packs?

A digital collection is a grouping of verified digital keepsakes, organized by series and, occasionally, in themed sets. FIFA Collect dropped and will drop different collections over time, which include a series of historic FIFA moments that will also be available in packs and sets for you to collect. As you acquire new digital collectibles, you will create your very own collection, found in My Collectibles, with prized FIFA moments that you can show off, add to, and refine over time. These collectibles will also be the key to give you access to exclusive rewards. 

What is a digital collection?

“My wallet” is your own safe, secure online manager where you keep your funds and account for all your favorite verified digital collectibles. Transactions you make on the FIFA Collect marketplace - whether buying, selling, or trading - are processed via “my wallet”. 

What is "My Wallet"?

Due to worldwide regulations and FIFA’s commitment to creating an environment of integrity and equity, profile verification is required to ensure all users trade fairly and in good faith. 

Why is profile verification required?

Coupon codes are valid for single use only. Each code can be redeemed in one transaction only and only for purchases made on the primary market. 

They can only be applied when paying with a credit or debit card. When selecting this payment method at checkout, a coupon code input field will appear — make sure to enter the code there. 

The value of the coupon cannot be split across multiple purchases. It must be used in one transaction. 

If the item you purchase costs less than the coupon value, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be used again or refunded. 

Coupon codes do not work on the secondary market and cannot be used with other payment methods such as cryptocurrency. 

Once the pack containing the coupon is opened, the code will be sent to your email address associated with your account. The code is then valid for 30 days from the moment the pack is opened. After this period, the code will expire and can no longer be used. 

How do Coupon Codes work?

A VIP Membership Card is a digital asset that unlocks a series of exclusive benefits and privileges within the FIFA ecosystem. Please note that the various VIP cards available on this platform guarantee different benefits.

What is a VIP Membership Card?

Black VIP Card

- 5% cashback on primary market purchases
- Up to 2% extra cashback based on mint number (e.g., Mint #1: 2%, Mint #50: 1%)
- Can replace iconic moments in select challenges

Platinum Card

- 3% cashback on primary market purchases
- Up to 2% extra cashback based on mint number (e.g., Mint #1: 2%, Mint #250: 1%)
- Can replace epic moments in select challenges

Cash Back Key Details 

- Applies to primary market purchases (excluding club cards) 
- Credit usable in both primary and secondary markets 
- Paid monthly (last day of month, processed within a week) 
- Only people holding the card on the last day of the month will qualify for cash back
- Minimum payout threshold: $10 (subject to final confirmation) 

How does the cashback on VIP Cards work?

FIFA Collect is an affordable, inclusive and unique type of marketplace for digital collectibles available in multiple currencies. It is part of FIFA’s mission to make football global, accessible, and inclusive in all aspects, these collections and others will provide an affordable way for fans around the world to participate in this new era of fandom. FIFA Collect leverages NFT technology to enhance fan engagement by providing unique digital collectibles tied to memorable football moments. 

Is FIFA Collect NFTs?

Burning a collectible means permanently removing it from your collection in exchange for Redemption Points. These points can be used to claim exclusive packs and collectibles in the Redemption Center. 

To burn a collectible: 

Go to the "Redeem" section. 

1. Go to the "Burn" tab and select the collectibles you want to burn. 

2. Confirm your selection to receive Redemption Points based on rarity and edition number. 

3. Use your points in the "Redeem" tab to unlock exclusive packs that are only available in the Redemption Center. 

4. Once burned, collectibles cannot be recovered. Be sure before finalizing! 

How do I burn a Collectible and what is the Redemption Center?

Fandom is changing and football fans around the world engage with the game in new and exciting ways. We’ve listened to fans, and this program makes FIFA digital collectibles available to any football fan, democratizing the ability to own a part of the historic FIFA World Cup™. It’s an accessible opportunity for fans who want to engage with their favorite players, moments, and the beautiful game in a new way. It also gives fans access to privileges that are reserved for collectors. 

Why FIFA has launched a range of digital collectibles?

FIFA Collect exclusively deals with digital assets, known as collectibles, which cannot be refunded as per our Terms of Service. You can find more details here: https://collect.fifa.com/en-UK/terms-of-service.  

However, some challenges or collectibles may include a physical reward, such as a jersey or memorabilia. In such cases, this will be clearly indicated on the collectible, along with instructions on how to redeem the physical item. 

Does FIFA Collect sell physical items?

No, we do not offer refunds. 

As stated in our official Terms of Service, all purchases made through the platform are final and non-refundable. This includes NFTs, Packs, account balance top-ups, and more. 

“We do not provide refunds for any purchases that you might make on or through the App — whether for FIFA NFTs, Packs, loading of accounts, or anything else.”

Do you offer Refunds?

Go to "Your Profile" - "Security" - "Delete my account". 

To delete your account, you must: 

- Have a zero balance in your account 

- Have no active listings on the marketplace  

* You will lose access to any unsold collectibles once the account is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. 

* It may take up to 48 hours to finalize the deletion process
